ROSARY PROCESSION

will occur on Saturday, October 8, 2011
following the 8:30 a.m. Mass at St. Sebastian Church

in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary
through the streets of Santa Paula, returning to St. Sebastian Church,
concluding around 10:15 a.m.
(Please bring banners to carry, flowers and rosaries)

———————— The Rosary March ————————

The Rosary March was started by the Knights of Columbus in California and has been going on now for over 20 years. The intention is for the rosary to be prayed simultaneously throughout the world. As requested by Our Lady of Fatima, we should pray the rosary every day, wear the Brown Scapular as a sign of consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and offer up our daily duties as penance. In addition, on the first Five Saturdays go to Confession, receive Holy Communion, recite the rosary, and spend 15 minutes meditating on one of the 15 mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making reparation to Our Lord.
